Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. Prize draw ("Promotion") open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families (defined as parents, siblings, children & spouse, regardless of where they live) of Panasonic UK Limited ("Promoter"), its affiliated companies, their agents and anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
2. To enter: fill in the competition form and submit your details before Thursday 1st September 2011 12.00 GMT.
3. Maximum of 1 entry per person. Bulk or third-party entries will not be permitted, and therefore proof of identity may be required.
4. The prize comprises of one Will Cooper-Mitchell or David Eustace framed print (Est. 61cm x 41cm). Entrants can choose their preferred choice of print from the selection available within the competition entry form.
5. The prize is not transferable and unless outlined in these Terms & Conditions of the Promotion, there are no cash alternatives available.
6. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
7. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of a prize. Prizes will be delivered to UK addresses only.
8. The winner will be selected at random in a draw conducted 1 day after the date specified above by an independent promotional verification service, from all valid entries received. Winners will be notified by email or text message using the information supplied at time of entry on the draw date, and must respond to such notification within 24 hours, otherwise the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the entrant and select another winner.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age and identity of winners.
10. By entering the Promotion, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and Terms & Conditions of the Promotion. All entry instructions form part of these Terms & Conditions of the Promotion.
11. Any breach of these Terms & Conditions of the Promotion may invalidate an entry and/or result in a forfeiture of the prize.
12. All winners agree to participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by the Promoter or its agencies.
13. The Promoter and its agencies accept no responsibility for entries lost, corrupted, or otherwise not received for any reason, whether any such failure is within the control of the Promoter or its agencies. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.
14. The Promoter's decision is final in all matters relating to this Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
