I took this image of the River Exe as the water flowed over the spillway at the weir in Tiverton. I tried different shutter speeds to try and bring out the movement of the water, but not go so far as to give it that fashionable, but rather unreal milky effect. In this case I thought 1/13 sec was about right.

    I think you captured it very well. Just enough to see movement without losing the water texture.
