Teide revisited
Taken in March this year at the summit of Mount Teide in Tenerife, 3718m. I came across this last night and made myself a new screen-saver. The view is to the west with Teide's shadow from the rising sun being photographed by the two guys, and the moon's disc sinking fast behind the island of La Gomera. GH1 camera and 7-14mm lens at 13mm - 1/15 sec F11 ISO100

All the more so IMO due to the lit fellow togs in the frame adding a semse of scale. I’d never have believed a mount could cast such a perfect triangular shadow until I saw this series of yours.

Thanks John. BTW as a Bradford lad you might be interested in the Bradford telescope? I recommend the flash video we cam shots, see here
