Took several shots with differing depths-of-field. This is the one I like best. 2 seconds F16 ISO100 using the 14-45mm kit-lens at 35mm. I rested the camera on a bean-bag and used the 10 sec timer.

Good shot, Gordon! The DOF here is particularly effective – it really brings out the agaric and emphasises the detail. I also like the overall warmth of the image.
