  • 2. Promotion Period: Purchases made between 1st April 2012 and 31st May 2012 will qualify.

  • 3. To claim this promotion for your purchase, please complete the online registration and upload a copy of your full purchase receipt and barcode by 30th June 2012. Please ensure your receipt shows the date of purchase.

  • 4. Customers who are unable to upload the supporting documentation to verify the claim may send their printed claim form along with photocopies of the full purchase receipt (we are unable to return these so please do not send the original) and barcode to the address below, by 30th June 2012.

  • 5. We will not issue cashback unless you are able to provide BOTH a copy of your barcode taken from the side of your Lumix box AND a copy of your receipt. However if you no longer have the box, we will be able to accept a picture of the base of the camera.

  • 6. Panasonic does not accept any responsibility for misdirected, delayed or lost claims, incomplete or illegible claim forms or claims damaged in the post. Claims by fax, telephone or e-mail will not be accepted. Illegible, incomplete or altered claim forms will be deemed void, as will claim forms not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions.

  • 7. Upon submission of your online claim form you will be sent an e-mail to confirm your cashback and next steps of your claim. The cashback amount on this e-mail is an estimate based on the information that you have entered. The amount will be verified and maybe subject to change.

  • 8. We will send your cheque or process payment via PayPal. Please allow 28 days from the date we receive your claim and all supporting documentation to receive your money. Please contact us using the contact details above if you have not received your money after 28 days. Please note PayPal charges may apply.

  • 9. Cheques must be used within 6 months of the date of issue, we are unable to re-issue more than 6 months after sending.

  • 10. Panasonic UK reserves the right to extend or withdraw this promotion at any time. Only one claim per product can be made.

  • 11. Any personal information supplied by you will be used by Panasonic and their contractors HWA, solely for the purpose of this promotion and in accordance with data protection legislation.
